The choice of the switch depends on two fundamental conditions of the large cook plate, which achievement is to be steered and in which gradations, speaks 4 -, 5 or 7-position. EGO switches of the switch series 49. with 16 Amp. with 230 V can be used with an achievement by up to 2600 Watts. Since the large cook plates are exposed usually to a continous use, it is advisable to fall back on the switch series 43. with 32 Amp. with 230 V and/or. 25 Amp. with 400 V. Usually, with 4 connections a 7-position switch applies, with 3 connections for 4 or 5-positions switch is attached. Further connection types show the diagrams.
