The energy automatic controller essentially consists of a heated bimetal and a snatching work (switching feather/spring with contact). It is directly arranged behind the switch toggle of the cook place. If the cook place is switched on, parallel river flows by the heating of the bimetal to the heating resistor of the cook place. Thus the bimetal warms up and deforms accordingly. The attitude on the switch toggle causes that by a cam disc the distance between bimetal and automatic controller contact changes. Accordingly the energy automatic controller switches longer or shorter intervals on.
